COLUMBUS, Ohio – State Reps. Michael Stinziano and Mike Curtin will hold a meeting next week to discuss the findings of the Unemployment Compensation Debt and Reducing Burdens on Ohio Businesses Study Committee.
The meeting will take place at 8:00am on Wednesday, November 12th in the 13th Floor West Conference Room of the Riffe Center (77 South High Street Columbus, Ohio 43215).
“After having both served on this important committee we felt it was imperative to discuss the possible solutions to Ohio’s unemployment compensation debt,” Rep. Stinziano said. “We are seeking to initiate an open dialogue with the business leaders of Franklin County, to discuss and deliberate over possible solutions.”
The Unemployment Compensation Debt and Reducing Burdens on Ohio Businesses Study Committee focused on the structural problems and solutions regarding the unemployment compensation debt. The committee held 5 hearings across the state during the summer recess.
