Columbus Post Endorses Rep. Stinziano for City Council

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Columbus Post, a respected newspaper serving central Ohio’s minority communities, has endorsed state Rep. Michael Stinziano for Columbus City Council.

In the endorsement, the Post notes that Stinziano “has a strong record in the Ohio statehouse working toward job creation and helping small businesses.  He is currently the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee.”

The Post endorsement is Rep. Stinziano’s third endorsement for City Council by a major newspaper in Columbus, joining previous endorsements by the Columbus Dispatch and The Columbus African American News Journal.

“I’m honored to have the support of the Columbus Post, which serves our diverse community so well,” Stinziano said. “The diversity of our community is a real strength.  On Council, I will continue to work with our multicultural communities to support great neighborhoods that nurture families and enhance public safety.”
