COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local 4, which represents school bus drivers and mechanics, crossing guards, educational aides and food service workers, has endorsed Michael Stinziano for state representative.
Stinziano, the former Franklin County Board of Elections Director, said he was pleased to receive support from the organization that represents those who work with Ohio's most precious resource -- children.
"OAPSE members play a vital role in educating the next generation of leaders and I pledge to work to create a more secure and certain future for those hard-working men and women who work with Ohio's children," Stinziano said.
With more than 38,000 members in 480 locals around the state, OAPSE members also work as library aides and health aides.
Stinziano holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, a master's degree in public administration from George Washington University, and a law degree from The Ohio State University.
