COLUMBUS, Ohio – State Rep. Michael Stinziano has been endorsed by The Columbus Dispatch in the Nov. 6 General Election.
In a Monday editorial, The Dispatch said Stinziano “would be an effective representative for the newly drawn 18th House District, a diverse area that includes the University District and Bexley."
Currently serving his first two-year term, The Dispatch said Stinziano “earned a reputation as a quiet, diligent worker as the executive director of the Franklin County Board of Elections, a post that gives him particularly valuable insight as the legislature considers changes to Ohio’s voting laws.”
Stinziano said he was pleased to be recognized as the best candidate by the editorial board of The Dispatch.
“I’m proud to be endorsed by The Columbus Dispatch, my hometown newspaper,” said Stinziano. “I look forward to working hard every day in the Legislature to make sure that our neighborhoods are the best places to live, work, raise a family and start a business in Ohio.”
